Course 1: Decorating Basics Reminder

 

What to bring to lesson 1:

 

Wilton Decorating Basics Student Kit

1 lb can Wilton ready to use Decorator Icing

6 plain flat cookies with smooth top surface

Box to transport cookies home

Apron (optional)

Pen or pencil and paper for taking notes

Scissors

Damp cloth (to keep hands clean)

1 gallon size baggie for carrying dirty items home (optional)

 

Course 2: Flowers and Cake Design Reminder

 

What to bring to lesson 1:

 

Wilton Flowers and Cake Design Kit 2

2 Tablespoons vegetable shortening

1 package Wilton Ready to use Gum paste

Tablespoon and ¼ teaspoon measuring spoons

1 package Wilton neon fondant

1 tablespoon cornstarch

9” rolling pin with spacer rings

Wilton tapered spatula

Wilton angled Spatula

5 quart-size baggies

1 gallon size baggie
